I just racked a Honey Ale after seven days in the primary. I took a gravity reading and got 1.006. Missed the estimated by 6. Should I be concerned?

I asume your target was 1.012, if so, you just had a better attenuation than what was called for, it will be a bit drier at that gravity, but oit will be good beer, let us know how it turns out.

I wouldn't worry. Not much you can do at this point. Your yeast was just a bit more effective than anticipated. (I assume you shooting for 1.012)

I'm sure it will be great!

Why do you think you missed your TG? Did you hit your mash temp?

Your beer is likely to come across thin, without body. You need to figure out how to fix that for the next time you brew it.
