How many "house" strains do you work with?

How many "house" strains do you use?

  • One to three?

  • More than four?

  • A different strain every beer?

I don't maintain any strains. Too much work for the amount of beer that I brew.

I do maintain some Sourdough for bread/pizza but thats because I can't easily go buy a vial of it and I use it constantly.
