I don't maintain any strains. Too much work for the amount of beer that I brew.
I do maintain some Sourdough for bread/pizza but thats because I can't easily go buy a vial of it and I use it constantly.

Yeah, my bad. I initially had "four or more" and erred upon transcribing. Though, i can't find how to close or delete... Mods to delete?
