Well,they say you don't need much oak. I'm going to try that myself after these 2 batches are done. I thought a couple ounces of oak cubes would be fine for complimenting the brews flavor profile. You can soak them in whiskey,or maybe some hot water. I was going to try soaking them in,say 3oz's of beam's choice bourbon after pitching yeast on the brew till FG is reached,& the brew cleans up a little.
