I asked for foam, I got it!

When brewing I like to split my 5.5 gal batches up into smaller batches and change only a variable or two. This last batch I split a dry hopped ipa. One beer of 8 or so I added heading powder. I poured into glass to receive a full glass of foam. Although it tastes good I had to drink partially from bottle and partially from glass, after foam subsided.

I never have had a head problem but I wanted to give it a try. I asked for foam and I got it!

The beer tastes like a fizz candy lol
