Fess up! How often do you check your fermentation?

I agree with most here. I drop in every 6-8 hours just to check the temp. I know the yeast will do there job because I have given them all of the tools they need to do so before I dropped them in to the jobsite.
 
I check the krausen level a couple times a day until it does down. Then I just check the temp of the fermentation chamber every 3-5 days or so.

It's a good thing I do check because I discovered my heating pad went into some safety shutoff mode and temps were in the mid 50s. I'm gonna have to rewire it to bypass the controller.
