I'm in the process of switching to all-grain, but i had a lot of malt left over. I wanted to do a SMaSH here, but figured i'd use everything i had and see what happens. No real rhyme or reason with this brew; just to wanted to make a solidly hopped big beer.


Feedback is appreciated. Would you change anything here? LMK.:rockin:
 
Wow! I'm immensely curious to know how this turned out. And thumbs up for "what do we have here?" recipes...I always have to restrain myself from adding just a little bit more of whatever I've got around. :)
 
This is still kegged and untouched. I'm waiting to have my keezer built and will run this along with my rauchbier before i tap it. The tester bottle was an astringent mess. I'm hoping the keg conditions better. i had little hope for that bottle, so i'm not upset. time will tell!
