My corny kegs are reminiscing of days past. LPE=Liquid Pepsi Extract.

Cleaned the keggerator all up, and mixed up gallons of Pepsi and Diet Pepsi from high yield syrup.

Planning on using this as a soda fountain during a computer gaming tournament this weekend. We have quite a few DaVinci flavoring syrups to make yourself a 'vanilla pepsi' or 'diet pepsi lime', etc.

I actually talked a local Costco into selling me 80 hot dogs, and they gave me not 1 but 2 bags of high-yield syrup in lieu of lots and lots of cups.

I wonder if anyone has tried to ferment soda syrup?

Pretty sure that soda syrup (at least Coke and Pepsi, organic sodas perhaps not) are absolutely loaded with preservatives. Good luck getting yeast to ferment in there...
