In case you don't know it...save your labels...they can be turned in for free yeast and t-shirts, etc. The paper next to the glue will wash off leaving the vial all sticky. You can remove the glue with Goop-Off, etc. I also made a rack out of a 2x4 for my fridge door: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=15630

I have some irish ale yeast from a guinness clone that I'm going to experiemnt on. We will see how it all turns out. Hope I don't mess it all up and infect all the yeast.
