As the topic says, when do I do my rest? The gravity is at 1.014 and is supposed to have a final gravity of 1.08, when should I do the rest? The krausen is beginning to fall to the bottom and will probably be there tomorrow. Also, this is my plan for after the rest:

Secondary @ 53 for another week, then keg @ 32 for 1-2 months.

Edit: By the way, I tasted it when I did the gravity test and it tastes awesome! Tastes ready to drink to me, but i'll wait :)

Well, after doing some more reading, I'm going to bring it inside. But i'd still like to hear your responses.

i have only done a couple of lagers - i did the rest after the krausen fell
i didn't do a hydrometer test
