I'm bottle conditioning it, so it's probably best to wait at least that long. I've had some sub par results sending my berliners in capped bottles when the weather is warm. I'm hoping the growlers (with zip ties) do a fair sight better.

Haha. Not quite. Although I did try a bacon infused Bourbon once. Surprisingly it didn't suck at the time, but I wouldn't seek it out again.
