Racking can strainer/filter

Searched the forums to no avail.

Started dry hopping without the hop sock.

What're folks using out there for a strainer at the end of the racking cane when going from fermenter to keg/bottle when the brew has been dry hopped? How are you sanitizing your strainer?

I rarely need to do that- all the "stuff" usually settles out, or remains floating on top, so I can avoid it. I've had to do it once or twice though- I just used a sanitized hops bag (small mesh bag) over the end. I think it helped.
