I am drinking my first ever sour. Just one bottle - I think. I opened a bottle of my Pepper Ale. It got 2 tablespoon of crushed red pepper at 5 min left in boil.
I opened a bottle tonight and it had some white fuzz under the cap and a little on top of the beer.
Since it is said that nothing harmful can survive in the beer I decided to taste.
Different! I can't say it is my favorite... But not bad!
