On Saturday I brewed a California Common but, by mistake, my hop (7.8% Northern brewer) schedule was :
25g 60min (instead of 50g)
25g 20min
50g 0min (instead of 25g)
According to Brewsmith IBUs will be 22 instead of 33 odd. OG was 1.052
Will it be drinkable with all the 0min hopping ?
Should I live with it or is there something I can do ?
