I'm currently in the process of brewing a jaggery ale, but I have some extra ingredients that I'd like to use up in another batch. I'm looking for some suggestions.

I need to use up:
2lbs of UK Pale Malt
.5lbs of Wheat Malt
1.9lbs of LME (murtons extra pale)

Other ingredients I have on hand:
.25lbs of roasted buchwheat
.5lbs of homemalt amaranth
1oz liberty hops
1oz Northern Brewer
2oz US Saaz
8oz Sterling
8oz Cascade

Certainly doesn't seem like enough fermentables for a 5 gallon batch, but maybe there are ~3 gallons of ordinary bitter in there. Mash the pale/wheat, add the extract, bitter to ~25 IBUs with the NB, add the Liberty for aroma etc... It would would be a good starter batch for something bigger.

I meant to mention it would be a 2-3 gallon batch. The Norther/Liberty bitter sounds good. Thanks.
