This was my first Lager attempt, and I screwed up the fermentation schedule. I've been trying to get rid of the diacetyl flavor for 2 weeks. Its been sitting out at room temperature before I can lager it. Theres a Dry film on top of my lager its very thin, I've never seen this before. Should I be concerned, I'm losing hope in this batch and thinking about chunking it.
