Thinking about putting this one together tonight.

1 liter of water
1 pound grocery store honey
1 teaspoon bread yeast (my beloved Di-Go)
25 raisins
1 big sprig of rosemary.

How do you think this will come out? Turkey stuffing? Pine cones?

I figure if I really like it I can do another batch but 1 gallon with D47 or 116.

It,ll be good, old time bready. I use about five sprigs to a gallon and I enjoy the earthy herb aroma and taste. I know rosemary ipa is all the rage but I do it because I have a lot of rosemary. Makes great BBQ smoke after as well.
