Was thinking on the lines of building a recipe using some of this Gnome Vanilla Cream extract instead of plain Vanilla.
Maybe a Vanilla Cream Breakfast Stout, or a Vanilla Cream & Spiced Rum Porter?
If that works, maybe try to utilize the spicy ginger beer extract in another recipe?
5 gallons is a lot of soda that this extract makes. 1/2 batch of soda, then 2 oz's to play with is my thought
