So this is a Saison, its my 3rd beer, 1st saison. I have never noticed this kind of foam on my others, one ipa and one wheat. does this look normal to you, should i still bottle it?

It's always hard to gauge from pictures. How's it smell? If you don't notice a sour smell, I'd say you're golden.

Do not open up a fermenter and take a big whiff. You will end up curling your nose hairs. The head space of your fermenter is filled with CO2, which upon contacting the moisture in your nasal passages, turns to carbonic acid.

Yes, that is as painful as it sounds.

+1 on tasting the hydrometer sample.

What yeast did you use?
 
Your krausen will not always look the same,especially using a belgian strain. I 'm with everyone its fine your hydrometer will tell you if its done. Did you have to use a blowoff on that? What temp do you keep that?What yeast?
