I acquired a 60qt Igloo Ice Cube that i am going to use to cool my batches while they are fermenting. I know a couple of people here have used this cooler with success and i have a couple of questions. How do you get the lid off without breaking it and what kind of stuff do you put in the bottom to level it all out? Thanks for the assistance.
