I am having some major blow out from my carboy (thank god I put in a blow off to let the stuff out of my carboy. However, my blow out jar is another story!)

It's a 5 gallon batch of hefeweitzen. The OG was supposed to be 1.052 but it actually came out to only 1.041.

Any thoughts on whether the low gravity could have caused the blow out and how, in the end, this will all affect the final product? Is this batch somehow cursed or is such a blow out something that happens to all brewers from time to time and doesn't affect the beer in the end?

Thanks for the help

In my experience, A big blow it much more likely with a hefe. I bet on it being a a hefe before I evened opened the thread.
