Wyeast #1056 - American Ale
Could not get hops Tomahawk and Galena which is what Southern Star Brewery uses so I substituted Citra and Warrior.
Pours a slight opaque orange and copper with a nice fluffy pillow like head. great retention and great lacing. Lots of pine up front with a soft sweet citrus and faint malts.
