Depends on style. For a golden strong, the white labs golden strong gives those classic apple/pear flavors. wlp570.

WY1214/WLP500. is pretty fruity to me.

i love wlp 500 if i was you id have a look at the merry monks recipe on here do a search for it, its fantastic the recipe is from the head brewer at weyerbacher and its basically all pilsner and this yeast strain
