What are we all brewing this weekend?
I have got myself 2 kits(Brupaks Almondbury Old,the last one i brewed made me think that i might keep this as my Stock Ale).
I intend to pitch one kit straight onto the yeast cake from a Woodfordes Great Eastern Ale that has been in the fermentation bucket for 2 weeks,the other will have 2 packs of rehydrated yeast(as i have 2 kits i have a spare pack of yeast
).
As i will be starting both brews within an hour of each other it will be interesting to see if there is much difference between the brews(lag time,activity etc etc).
Then the tricky part of deciding which one to bottle and which one to keg.....decisions decisions.
Also will be tapping into my Birky Bitter later tonight(been kegged for 3 weeks...been staring at me for 5 days ).
