Okay, I've done a little research.
RDWHAHB means "Relax, Don't Worry, Have a HomeBrew"
and after wading through such humorous bits as:
Sand Will Mar Bum Orifice,
Santa Wants to Massage Barack Obama,
and
Self-absorbed Wankers May Bugger Off,
I have come to the conclusion that it means
Sanitize While Making Beer, Often.
