i keep seeing different ways to do this, whats the best? how long should i leave the sparge water in my mash tun?
 
Thirded (?)

I'm hitting 79% efficiency after tightening up my BarleyCrusher while using Bobby's method. I probably could get up to mid 80s if I crushed a little finer and used rice hulls but I'm happy with what I'm getting now.
