I am having a little trouble understating what helps in head retention and carbonation. I have made a few beers that have tasted great but not allot of head when I pour them also not as carbonated as I want. I am currently using ¾ c of dextrose (corn sugar)

Also let me know what your best AG Oktoberfest Recipe (single infusion) that is going to be my next batch??

I have found that the 3/4 cup is not always true. get a scale a do 5 oz. of corn sugar. Last time i measured 3/4 cup is was a little under 4oz.
