Hi all,
I've used Brewpal for a while and it's always been pretty decent. But wanting more flexibility I downloaded the BeerAlchemy app for IPhone. It's great...except the OG is always WAY off and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Example: 5 gal batch
10lb of 2 row in BA = 1.034
10lb of 2 row in BP = 1.050 post boil
(this happens regardless of ingredients used)
Both are set to 70% efficiency.
I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but can't figure it out.
Any ideas?
