I am brewing a raspberry wheat. 1 week in primary. Now its day 3 in secondary and fermentation started again. I added raspberry puree in secondary. How long should I leave it in secondary? Till fermentation is done?or longer to clear up?
 
The fermentation started again because of the sugars in the fruit so don't worry. I would leave it for at least a month.
 
I have done a blonde and wheat ale with fruit... I usually leave it in there for about 2 weeks... maybe 3. so far so good.
 
I tend to try a month on the fruit for any of the fruit beers I've done. Including raspberry wheat, although I always use whole fruit, dunno if that will make a difference... if anything maybe the puree imparts its flavor easier, requiring less time in secondary
