CFC vs Plate chiller

Can someone give me some personal experiences in using a CFC versus a plate chiller. I need to buy one of the two here soon. I have used my buddies Shirron plate chiller a few times and it works well. Is there really a reason to spend almost twice as much on a CFC chiller?
 
Get the plate chiller. Smaller, as efficient or better, and easier to sanitize since you can stick it in the oven. With the price of copper these days, really good CFCs are 'spensive!
