Hi All, I'm new to the site and to brewing..
I'm just starting out so I got plenty of reading to do. My favorite beers would be New Castle Brown Ale, Becks, and Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale. Beer selection is limited down here and I skip around town a lot to try and find something new.
I want to brew my own New Castle type beer and saw BeerMuncher's recipe.. Guess I gotta start with supplies.. I'm off to read!
