Well, so far I have brewed a batch of Scottish Ale, and an Imperial Blonde Stout.....I am currently brewing a Milk Stout, and if it turns out as good as the other two, I am going to try to build my own recipie.
My LHBS has a pretty good selection of grains and extracts.
One thing I will say, to anyone thinking their beer did not turn out well. DON'T drink it young!
To me, the difference between a week of bottle conditioning, and 3-4 weeks is AMAZING! Ignore what the kits say, and just be patient.
Any suggestions for a Boddingtons Pub Ale style beer? But with a bit more kick?
