Bottling bucket

I'm in the process of upgrading/replacing most of my equipment after having to leave it behind on a cross-country move, and am trying to get away from plastic as much as possible. I'm considering buying a nice 32qt aluminum pot so I can do full boil, and just wondering, if I go ahead and drill it out and install a ball valve, is there any reason I can't hit it with StarSan come bottling day and use it as my bottling bucket, rather than having to buy one?

Agreed.... seems like a fine idea.... also will make transfer of wort to fermenter easier.... I like it!
