i'm getting ready to keg my hefe and was thinking about introducing a little lemon flavor in it. what i tried was getting the zest of 4 lemons and put it in 2 oz of vodka. after sitting overnight, i ran the mixture through some cheesecloth into a keg then racked on top of it. do you guys figure this would be a decent amount of lemon flavor or did i go over the top? the recipe i used was Austin Homebrew Supply's Bavarian Hefe fermented at 66 degrees. should have a solid clove nose on it.
