SWMBO has asked if I could brew one of our favorite beers: Caldera IPA from Caldera Brewing in Ashland Oregon.

On their site they list the ingredients as:

Munich, Crystal, Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo. SRM 10, IBU 94 and 6% ABV but give no specifics.

Has anyone had any success or experiences cloning this beer? I've seen only a few posts on this forum but no real follow through on results as yet.

I'll most likely attempt a brew sometime next week and will post my progress. In the meantime if anyone has any input on this recipe I'd be very interested to hear more. I'm particularly interested in water profiles and yeast strain suggestions.
