Up here in New Hampshire we are heading into maple sapping season and I would like to brew an all grain beer using all maple sap in place of the water. Mashing, sparging the whole process with the maple sap. This seems to be the best place to get really good advice on brewing so if you could give me your thoughts on ingredients and any issues that might arise it would be appreciated.
 
I had this thought as well. only i was going to do an extract kit. I had planned 2 boil the sap down alot and get alot higher sugar concentration. take 10 gal down to 3 boil my kit in that and then top off with sap boiled just long enough to kill the bugs.
