Temp controlled conical

Has anyone built thier ownd temp controlled conical?
Not wanting to build a conical, but if I can buy one and reasonably DIY the heating and cooling for less than the premanufactured ones, I'd give it a try.

if i remember right I've seen some threads on here about a diy temp controlled conical and they used refrigerant ac lines wrapped around it. if you do a search you might be able to dig em up. I'll just throw this out here for food for though, if you do as stated above and also wrap some sort of heating pad around it, have a temp probe in the conical going to a controller that'll turn either the compressor on to cool or the heating pad to heat. only problem might be not getting an even temp throught your beer, you'd have hot or cold spots.
