I have a beer that due to various issues spent about 3 weeks in primary 3 1/2 in secondary and now 2 in tertiary. I'm going to bottle it this week.
Will there still be enough yeast in suspension for carbonation? I used wyeast 1056.
I'm probably being overly paranoid but it's for a friend and I don't want him to get 5 gallons of flat beer...
