I've been a busy boy

Had a college grad party for my daughter and those damned college kids wiped me out. So it's time to stockpile:

5/16 Brewed 5 gallons of Kolsch.
5/23 Brewed 5 gallons of Arrogant IPA.
6/8 Brewed up 5 gallons of HefeRyezen.
6/13 Saturday me and two buddies brewed up 15 gallons of SN Pale Ale.
6/15 Monday I was home taking an OSHA test and decided to brew up 10 gallons of Pale Ale. I sparged into two kettles and balanced so each had the same SG. I then made one an American PA (WLP001) and the other an English PA (Whitbread).
6/16 I had to stay home yesterday (darn) to finish the test. A good time to brew up a Munich Helles with SafLager S-189 lager yeast!

Life is good when you have a RIMS systen and auto HLT control!

Wow, that is awesome. Now, take a break and start drinking!

Good lord, man, take a break, have a beer.

Just reading that made me tired.

Or maybe I just need a RIMS system and auto HLT control.
