4 months ago I racked some wine and added some sulfite and sorbate in anticipation of bottling. Things got in the way and I didn't get it bottled. I'm ready to bottle it now and plan to backsweeten. Question is, do I need to add more sorbate or not? Is there a method of testing sorbate levels similar to an acid titration kit? Thanks for your help.

If you added sorbate, you should be fine. There aren't any sorbate kits that I know of.

If in doubt, you could pull out a small sample of the wine and add some sugar. If it doesn't ferment, it'll be fine.
