Hey all, just found this forum while perusing for brewing information. I started brewing beer back in college while living in Nebraska, its been a few years, but I dug all my gear out and I've been visiting some of local brewing supply shops.

I figured since I have a house, it should be a lot easier than when I was doing it in my apartment! I've got a nice ESB and Honey Wheat (both malt extract) that I'll be doing this week. I plan on going full grain once I get back into it. I have a couple kegs I want to convert too.

Hey neighbor (sort of), welcome to Homebrewtalk. Seattle is a great place for beer, and brewing. If you like good beer, head up north a bit to Naked City Taphouse. A small brewpub started by a homebrewer who is also a member here.

Welcome! You've got lots of beer friends up in this area, where in seattle are you? (I'm in Bothell)

Hey thanks for the warm welcome! I'm down in Fife, just south of Federal Way. I'm actually brewing right now, I've got a nice ESB going that I bought from the Cellar last weekend, I'll probably do my wheat tomorrow. I found a great brew shop over in Kent called Larry's. The staff there are great!

How long have you all been brewing?
