Here she is. Still room for three more taps.

5.5 cubic footer. 2 x 6 internal collar. 1x8 pine external collar on front and sides. Hinge is attached to collar. Wanted to leave it so that if my freezer died I would need to recreate my collar. Black board paint on the freezer unit. A couple hours a few times a week for about two weeks took care of it.
