Would like some input and thoughts on this recipe I'm currently in the middle of crafting. I think I have the grain bill hammered out. Haven't thought about the hops yet. Here goes...

• Rahr 2-Row
• Fawcett Oat Malt (specialty)
• Breiss Cherrywood Smoked Malt (specialty)
• Simpsons Black Malt
• Weyermann Dehusked Carafa I

Additional thoughts: A smooth smoke; not burnt or bark-like. Possibly paired with sweet Cherrywood flavor (Breiss specialty malts). Thinking of racking to secondary on a bed of cherrywood chips. Fawcett Oat Malt for texture. Simpsons Black for color and very smooth roasted flavor (good for sweet porters). Carafa I for color, aroma & flavor.

Thoughts on this idea so far?!

Thanks, and happy holidays everyone! :)
