I have only had two bottles and I know I did enjoy them but I have been doing a lot of taste testing lately and don't remember it exactly. I have 3 more bottles in the fridge so thanks for the inspiration for what to do tonight!

Well, this one isn't dead yet, Orval is my favorite Belgian and one of my favorite beers.

I love it (especially the 2+ year old bottles), but I've never found anything like it commercially.

I have a 5 gallon batch of it aging now, only for about a month or so. Won't touch it for a few more. Sounds like it is pretty good. Haven't had it before, either homebrew or commercial.
