It wouldn't suffer from a little more time in tge bottle. Might give it a little more tartness.

Then again, I'm having no problem drinking it right now.

I have always set commercial kegs at 3-6 psi.





Beer Camp #93 IPA. The lone disappointment in the $20 12-pack, it's mediocre at best.

Yeah. I was guessing. I have never put I commercial keg in my fringe. Totally just throwing out some #s that might correlate to what I would do with an over carb'd HB keg.
