Hi I am attempting to make a coffee stout. The recipe I found said to add the coffee 2 days before bottling. I was wondering how I should add it to avoid moving my brew too much and if I should stir it in?

I cold brew my coffee which produces a STRONG coffee. I add it on bottling day so I can taste how much to add. Stir gently to mix well, but not to introduce oxygen.
