Is it really necessary to spend the $$ for a dual bodied regulator instead of just a 2 way manifold? I like the idea of having 3 guages on one regulator, but is it really worth it?

It all depends on what you're trying to do. If you never plan on serving two beers at differing levels of carbonation then it's not necessary. If you would ever like to enjoy two different styles of beer with differing levels of carbonation at the same time then a dual regulator is mandatory.

Or if you have soda and beer. Secondary regulators are less expensive than multiple primaries.
