Havent been brewing much at all lately. Been busy moving in to a new place and upgrading the "brewery" to something bigger. Hoping we can start brewing here again within the next month. Have a barleywine recipe ready to be brewed to be ready for winter.

One of the first projects we had was getting our hops planted. Got Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus plated. Centennial was the first to shoot up so far.

(pic is about a week old. has alot more growth to it now)

Next project was getting the deck ready since the plan is to grow the hops up along side the deck and then over the deck to give a nice shaded area.

deck was pretty rough

finished. also added in the upright poles to run the lines for our hops.

and the last small project was to build a brewstand to hold the HLT and MLT. got tired of setting everything up on brew days so this will make everything quicker and easier. just need to seal it and it'll be finished also.

Now we just need our new blichmann burner and our new plate chiller and we'll be ready to go :ban:
