Last time I posted a recipe I had modified someone called me black death because I had a pound of black patent. Hence the Charcoal Stout in my signiture. So here it is.
8 lbs Pale Malt 2-row
2 lbs Toasted Pale Malt
.5 lbs Carapils
.5 lbs American Crystal 60
.125 lbs Special B
I haven't decided on the hops yet. I'll probably use some cascades and amarillo that I have left over and shoot for about 30 IBU.
Fire away.
