I'm AJ, and I am excited to learn from all of y'all. We don't really say y'all in Arizona, but it's fun to type-
Anyway, I am going to school to get my degree, and hopefully become a brewer in the next 4 years.
I just bought my 3 kegs to upgrade to a 10 gallon, all grain system (No more kits- YAY!) and I look forward to seeing some different ideas on this forum to get me going in the right direction as far as building it...ANY LINKS ARE APPRECIATED IN YOUR REPLIES.
