I was also thinking of adding 1/2 cup molasses, If I use it what time should I add it?

Primary 2 weeks
Secondary 2 weeks with 2 vanilla beans

According to Beer Smith, O.G. 1.077 and IBU 38

Bottle condition for 1 month

Thanks in advance for the help.

Take EVERYTHING except the 2-row & hops, then use one-half of the amounts you've listed. Seriously.

I think it'll be too sweet, too malty, too spicy, and you'll have a very stuck mash. You can always add spices into the secondary, but you can't subtract. With mine, I used 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus some ginger, and IMHO it's just right.

p.s. you'd probably get better responses in the Recipes forum.
